2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the website www.kaajoon-wear.com (hereinafter the "Site"). Any order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
The products offered are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the user, within the limits of available stocks. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual.
4. Price
Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Kaajoon reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Order
The customer can place an order directly on the website. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. The order is confirmed by email and considered final upon receipt of payment.
6. Payment
Payment for purchases is made via secure methods such as credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the Site. Orders will only be shipped after payment has been validated.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on availability. Kaajoon cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier or the customer.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return costs remain the customer's responsibility.
9. Returns & Refunds
In the event of a validated return, Kaajoon will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
10. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return products delivered defective or non-compliant.
11. Personal data
The information collected is necessary for order management and improving customer relations. It will never be shared with third parties. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and oppose any data concerning them.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. Any partial or total reproduction is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Kaajoon.
13. Disputes – Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, jurisdiction shall be assigned to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Kaajoon's registered office.
